Blade of the Immortal (Nihongo: 無限の住人; Hepburn: Mugen no Jūnin; literal translation: The Inhabitant of Infinity) is a manga set in mid-Tokugawa Shogunate era when samurai and rounins were common. It tells the story of Manji, a samurai that was cursed with an immortal life. To break this curse, he has to kill 1,000 evil men.
A live-action adaptation of the manga will premier in Japan on the 29th of April this year. Check out the trailer below.
